Location guides
A state gets its own guide only when location changes the answer.
150 state guides show a meaningful change across 4 StepShown tools. Each guide keeps the same example, changes only the checked location numbers, and explains the difference.

Why some states do not have a separate guide
A state name alone is not useful content. StepShown generates a guide only when the estimated payment, cash needed, money left after debts, or final choice changes by a published amount. If the change is too small, the state stays inside the calculator and does not get a separate page.
Car cost guides change only insurance and gasoline using comparable nationwide data. StepShown does not guess transaction tax, registration, dealer fees, trade in treatment, electric charging, or a personal insurance quote. Those stay visible as limits and must be replaced in the calculator.
