What to include
- The workspace and exact section involved.
- The numbers that make the issue happen, with private details removed.
- The result StepShown produced and the result you expected.
- An official source when the issue is about a rule or rate.
- Your browser and access tool when reporting an access problem.
How StepShown responds
The most harmful problems are handled first. A confirmed math or privacy problem comes before a visual polish issue. When possible, a fix gets an automated test so the same problem does not return. StepShown also updates the review date and adds a clear changelog entry when someone may have relied on the old behavior.

Use the contact route. Never include account numbers, medical records, or private documents in a report.
